How will we work together?

Coaching that’s tailored to your needs and values

Your parenting path and priorities are unique. I’ll help you identify your needs and values, and tailor my coaching to them, and you.

My approach is based in empathy, and is parent-centric. This means we focus on what you can shift, and not on ways to force your child to change.  However, once the parent's behaviour changes, the child's follows suit.

Confidential and non-judgmental support

I offer you a confidential, non-judgemental, safe and nurturing environment where I’ll listen to your challenges, and you’ll learn new tools to shift the dynamics in your home.

The magic happens in having a support person there for you – one to offer you the compassion, empathy and accountability you need.

I provide guidance, encouragement and resources to help you walk your path to a calmer family life.

With my experience and training in conscious and peaceful parenting, I’ll show you how to bring more ease and fun into your home.

Your growth doesn’t happen in just one session or overnight, it happens gradually through practice. That’s why we work together over 10 sessions.

Learn more about my approach and philosophy.

I recently had the pleasure of going through the 10 week Peaceful Parenting Program with Amy.

It was quite the journey of self-exploration during which time I encountered some rather uncomfortable parts of myself. Amy held a very safe container for me to reflect upon my own childhood and come to terms with how this plays in to my parenting.

The program itself provided me with many valuable tools, which have not only improved my relationship with my children, but have also had a positive affect on the rest of my life in general.

Amy is a lovely, compassionate person who is very well equipped to facilitate this type of work. I can highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to make positive changes to their current parenting model.
